How We Got Started
In 1974 East Pasco Meals on Wheels, Inc. was started as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community supported organization. We have never accepted Government funding, all of our meals are prepared fresh each morning with the help from over 80 volunteers and 500-600 meals weekly are delivered in Zephyrhills, Dade City and outlying areas.

Meals on Wheels East Pasco provides balanced, nutritious and appealing meals to seniors, people with disabilities, and other members of our community who have limited ability to shop and/or prepare meals for themselves.
We provide our services with the highest level of compassion, quality, excellence and efficiency.
We respect the dignity, diversity and privacy of each person we serve and of those who volunteer and work for us.
We are responsible stewards of all resources that the community entrusts to us. We strive to continually improve the quality of our services through understanding and acting on the needs and expectations of those being served.
Our Programs
The success of Meals on Wheels Pasco depends on the willingness and generosity of people like you who contribute in their own way. We are a non-profit company and without volunteers who offer up their time or contributions, our services wouldn’t be possible.

Volunteer to help make a difference today! Compassionate volunteers, whether driving, cooking, or helping in other ways are the heart of our organization.
We have a library that hosts a variety of books. Simply let the office or your driver know what type of books you like to read and they will deliver them directly to you with your meal! Return it when you are done and get another!
Please let the office know during the intake process if you have a cat or dog. We don’t want you sharing your delicious lunches with them! We’ll bring them their own food!
